Feedback.

Image result for feedbackGiving feedback towards your team shouldn't be negative  other wise there is going to be heaps of dramas. Giving feedback is okay determines how you tell the person if its negative. Giving feedback is when you tell someone how their performance went in a game etc. Receiving feedback is instead of you telling people how they are and how their going they tell you about how your doing and what needs to be done. But when it comes to giving feedback you need to be specific with what you say and to make sure that they understand what you mean an how the plan is set out then you will make a difference when your on the field playing. My team can work on feedback because we never have plans or tell each other how to improve and that. An example of me using this interpersonal skill is when my team had finished our first game of touch and we didn't have the result we would have done better so I gave them feedback talking about how they performed an how they can do better next time. The effect this had on my team was that they knew if we had failed we could do better and give each other feedback to see what can be changed so we can eventually win our game.
