Feedback.

Image result for feedbackGiving feedback towards your team shouldn't be negative  other wise there is going to be heaps of dramas. Giving feedback is okay determines how you tell the person if its negative. Giving feedback is when you tell someone how their performance went in a game etc. Receiving feedback is instead of you telling people how they are and how their going they tell you about how your doing and what needs to be done. But when it comes to giving feedback you need to be specific with what you say and to make sure that they understand what you mean an how the plan is set out then you will make a difference when your on the field playing. My team can work on feedback because we never have plans or tell each other how to improve and that. An example of me using this interpersonal skill is when my team had finished our first game of touch and we didn't have the result we would have done better so I gave them feedback talking about how they performed an how they can do better next time. The effect this had on my team was that they knew if we had failed we could do better and give each other feedback to see what can be changed so we can eventually win our game.

Effective Communication.


Image result for effective communication quotesThe interpersonal skill that was shown in our game of touch was effective communication, that is shown when your talking to your team mates all the time you're on the field playing. Effective communication requires more than and exchange of information, when done right, communication fosters understanding strengthens relationships improves teamwork and builds trust.  This interpersonal skill was shown when we played a game of touch we were all talking saying who wanted the ball and how we could score a try, finding strategies against the opposition. My team could work on effective communication by starting with the negative talk, we need to watch our language an the way we treat one another. We mainly need to aim about being positive towards each other. For our next touch game we are going to aim about talking to each other but focusing on the positive things we make not the negative.

Fair Play

Image result for fair playThe interpersonal skill that I showed during our game of touch was fair play. Fair play was shown when you play by the rules and you know when to hand the ball over when mistakes are made. I showed this interpersonal skill when my team the pray mantis, went to throw the ball and dropped it. We all knew to hand the ball over but what my team needs to work on with fair play is  sportsmanship, sometimes with my team they don't like what everyone says when we give feedback like telling them to hand the ball over but they disagree with us so they just carry on. I reckon with my team they have to work on his team work, co-operation and fair play we can do these interpersonal skills sometimes but not all the time. There is normally a time when someone or some people don't want to work so they slack off.

Feedback.

Image result for FeedbackToday during our game of touch I demonstrated  feedback it is shown when you've had a game and afterwards when the coach tells you how the game went and how it could have gone better. Feedback is shown when someone has something to say for your performance you had recently played in. Well with my team we did show a little feedback from one another but it wasn't what I would have expected but considering there wasn't many players in our team but  most of the time it was mainly negative and I think that our team can improve with the feedback but mainly aiming for the feedback to be mostly positive just so we have a better attitude as well to improve cause most of the time we have to realize how we treat our people with our feedback.
