Effective Communication.

The interpersonal skill that was shown in our game of touch was effective communication, that is shown when your talking to your team mates all the time you're on the field playing. Effective communication requires more than and exchange of information, when done right, communication fosters understanding strengthens relationships improves teamwork and builds trust.  This interpersonal skill was shown when we played a game of touch we were all talking saying who wanted the ball and how we could score a try, finding strategies against the opposition. My team could work on effective communication by starting with the negative talk, we need to watch our language an the way we treat one another. We mainly need to aim about being positive towards each other. For our next touch game we are going to aim about talking to each other but focusing on the positive things we make not the negative.
