Effective Communication.

Showing effective communication is when the team is all ears of what the coach has to say. Also making sure that when the whole team is on the field playing they talk to each other on finding out strategies on how to win making sure they play as a team and that everyone gets involved.I reckon that my team used effective communication when we played on Friday and we had only 3 players playing, we talked to each other when spaces were open knowing we could score a try. Then there's the parts where we failed as a team with our last game because laziness had struck us. We weren't communicating as well, lying around and really tired.
